2/11 update - it has been a long road to get the papers/titles of this special property in order but we are near the end. We have recently secured a titled servidumbre entrance and are awaiting the last documents to come in so we can bring our case in front of a judge to obtain the clear titles once and for all. This process has been a practice in patience and although we could have taken some "shortcuts" along the way, this is not how we operate at Popoyoland.com. We are not only clearing up our title, we are also going back in history to do the same for the previous owners, to insure that the new owner will have the cleanest paper trail around.
